Don’t like what you ordered or got the wrong product? No worries.
Thegravitystore offers easy return & refund policies. Although that is rare to happen, but if any of our products is not according to what our customers ordered, we have smooth and hassle-free return policy. Please thoroughly go through these instructions before placing your order and before initiating an exchange or return.
- We allow up to 7 days for orders to be exchanged or returned.
- Customers must have original invoice with them when initiating return.
- Products purchased from discounts, promotions or from near-expiry lots are not eligible for exchange or return
- We do not entertain returns due to medical conditions such as reactions or allergies caused after using the product. Please be sure to purchase products after consultation with your physician.
Product Conditions:
- The product must be sealed and in its original packing.
- The product must not be opened or used.
- The product must be intact with its barcodes, serial numbers and stamps in place.
- To get the amount refunded, Customer will self-dispatch the parcel.
- The returned parcel for refund remains your responsibility until the goods are received into our warehouse or Office.
